The UTMB School of Nursing was ranked #2 in the nation by Best College Values for its reputation in offering a high quality undergraduate nurisng education, affordable tuition rates and a high return on investment.

Best College Values ranked a pool of more than 200 colleges and universities using a weighted methodology using publicly available data including U.S. News scores, tuition rates, return on investment, graduation rates and cohort default rates.

 

 

 

2017 Ashbel Smith Distinguished Alumni Recognized

  

Five outstanding School of Medicine (SOM) alumni were honored at the 20th annual Ashbel Smith Distinguish Alumnus (ASDA) Awards Ceremony and Reception on Friday, June 2 at The Moody Gardens Hotel and Convention Center in Galveston. These physicians, nominated and elected by their peers, were honored for their service to the medical profession and humanity and for their integrity, stature, ability, demonstrated pride in UTMB and community contributions.
